bulletParts A and C are to be completed annually by all BSA unit members.
bulletPart B is required if you plan to go to an event that exceeds 72 consecutive hours.
bulletExamples are: summer camp or Colorado
bulletNote this part B requires a doctors visit

bulletYou will need to take this with you to the doctor for the Part B physical.

Do you need patches sewn on your uniform?  Give Doris a call.  You will need to pin the patch on the correct location on your shirt so she knows where to sew it.  She is charging $1.50 per patch.
